The system comprises four precisely coordinated steps:
Step 1: PTH Ripper – Tearing open and loosening
The PTH Ripper is the first and often decisive step in professional road construction.

The PTH Crusher is the heart of the system. It mills and breaks the hardest rock—granite, basalt, concrete, asphalt, or highly compacted layers—and, depending on the model, crushes stones. up to 50 cm edge length to grain sizes of up to 2 cm.
The key difference to conventional stone milling machines: many milling machines simply bury large stones that they cannot break down under fine material. These stones migrate back to the surface after a short time due to frost and erosion – requiring renewed milling and renewed costs.
