The PTH Crusher has been specially designed for hard stone such as basalt, gneiss, granite and particularly demanding floors or floor coverings.
The technology of the rock crusher is unrivaled in terms of crushing performance, throughput and crushing results.

The PTH Crusher models are individually designed to meet the requirements of professional customers. The underlying technology is that of a crusher instead of a milling machine.

The particular strength of the PTH Crusher is its continuous use in particularly hard rock with minimal wear on the working tool. The compressive strength of the rock can be up to 150 N/mm2.

Depending on the model and equipment, the PTH Crusher crush rock material with an edge length of up to 500 mm into a grain size of up to 20 mm.

Depending on the model, the RS version of the PTH Crusher (optional equipment) can mill asphalt surfaces up to 110 mm without prior scarifying.

TECHNICAL DATA

The particularly solid construction and use of the hardest materials make the PTH Crusher a unique tool in terms of productivity, wear minimization and durability.

The unique PTH rotor technology is characterized, among other things, by special rotor protection for minimized wear on the rotor and tool holders as well as by the full armouring of the crushing chamber.

All wear parts of the PTH Crusher are bolted and therefore easy to replace, even directly on the construction site. This minimizes cost-intensive maintenance and downtimes.

The PTH Crusher is driven by high-performance V-belts fitted on both sides. This increases working comfort and at the same time minimizes the high maintenance costs of a conventional gearbox.

Depending on the model, up to 3 adjustable crushing stages are available for individual fine-tuning of the crushing result.
