What is the difference between a rock crusher and a rock mill?

How do you remove stones from a field or meadow?
Either the stones are collected and hauled away, or they are crushed on site using a stone crusher and left in the ground. Crushing eliminates the need for hauling and landfill disposal and restores the area to a workable condition in a single operation. The minerals from the crushed stones also remain in the ground.

What tractor power is required for a rock tiller or forestry tiller?
This depends primarily on the working width, working depth, and material—the wider, deeper, and harder the material, the more power is required. The range extends from compact units for small tractors and implement carriers (MicroCrusher PTO for 30–75 PS, hydraulic MicroCrusher starting at 70 l/min and 220 bar) to large units for heavy-duty tractors. The exact specifications are listed in the data sheet for each model.

What does recultivation mean?

The CR15 is a combined stone crusher and forestry tiller for the mid-range tractor class (70-140 hp) with a working width of 1,800 mm. The CR200-2500 series is designed for heavy-duty continuous operation in hard rock (140-500 hp) with a working width of up to 2,500 mm and a working depth of 350 mm.
What applications is the PTH Crusher suitable for?
PTH crushers are used for road construction, road building, recultivation, land reclamation, forestry and the processing of hard rock such as granite, basalt, concrete and asphalt with a compressive strength of up to 150 N/mm².
Where are PTH crushers manufactured?
All PTH crushers are developed and manufactured in Austria. The machines are characterized by HARDOX internal armouring, the patented PTH rotor technology and replaceable wear parts.
