PTH Micro Crusher
Stone cutters, rock crushers, and mulchers for small tractors and skid-steer loaders
The PTH Micro Crusher is the ideal machine for rock crushing, mulching, forestry mulching, shoulder milling, or stump removal—using the same technology as large rock crushers. It is used in landscaping, agriculture, forestry, viticulture, and municipal applications.
With a working depth of up to 150 mm, the PTH Micro Crusher is unique in its class. Depending on the model, the working width ranges from 900 to 1,400 mm.
Choose the model that fits your carrier vehicle: with a power take-off (PTO) for tractors with 30 PS or more, or a hydraulic drive requiring a flow rate of 70 l/min or more and a pressure of 220 bar for skid-steer loaders, track-type vehicles, and other equipment carriers.

Frequently Asked Questions About the PTH MicroCrusher
What tractor power is required for a rock tiller or forestry tiller?
This depends primarily on the working width, working depth, and material—the wider, deeper, and harder the material, the more power is required. The range extends from compact units for small tractors and implement carriers (MicroCrusher PTO for 30–75 PS, hydraulic MicroCrusher starting at 70 l/min and 220 bar) to large units for heavy-duty tractors. The exact specifications are listed in the data sheet for each model.

Stump grinder, forestry grinder, forestry mulcher—what's the difference?
A forestry mulcher shreds vegetation, branches, and stumps, primarily at the surface. A forestry tiller works deeper into the soil, breaking up roots and mixing them in. A stump grinder selectively removes individual tree stumps—for example, in parks, gardens, or along roadsides.

What is the difference between a rock crusher and a rock mill?
In everyday use, the terms are often used interchangeably. A rock crusher breaks the rock into small fragments using several counter-strike bars, while a pure milling machine typically buries larger, unbroken rock under fine material.
