The PTH MultiCrusher impresses with its power as a stone crusher for the hardest rock in combination with the mixing of materials for a load-bearing HGT base course.
The PTH rotor system is characterized by its large milling depth and the crushing of large grain sizes.

The PTH MultiCrusher is not a conventional stone cutter, but a stabilizing cutter.
The machine impresses with a working depth of up to 500 mm, even in the hardest stone or soil material, while at the same time minimizing wear.
Milling of closed road surfaces made of concrete or asphalt is possible up to a material thickness of 200 mm.
The areas of application range from road rehabilitation and road construction to land reclamation in virgin soil. The lateral tilt adjustment and ball head suspension make it easier to adapt to the terrain.

The PTH MultiCrusher is a combination of stonecrusher and stabilizer.
In continuous operation, the PTH MultiCrusher impresses with its high throughput and low wear on both the rotor and the mixing unit.
Without much preparatory work, a uniform floor with a crushed grain size of 45-50 cm is produced in a single pass, which ensures longer maintenance intervals. A crushing capacity of up to 20 mm grain size is possible. The compressive strength of the material can be up to 200 MPa (rock types such as granite, syenite, basalt, gneiss, marble and many more).
Thanks to the technology installed, the PTH MultiCrusher is also suitable for demolishing or crushing concrete and asphalt in a loosened state with edge lengths of up to 500 mm.
