World Bicycle Day 2025

Cycling is becoming increasingly popular. In addition to being an environmentally friendly means of transportation, cycling is an effective way to improve your health and fitness.
This is why many municipalities, lift companies, tourism associations and ski resorts are keen to invest heavily in the rapidly growing market for cycle paths and MTB trails.
Service providers in the field of trail construction, trail design, earthworks companies and also local authorities are faced with the challenge of creating these paths and trails in a time and cost-efficient manner, as well as renovating and maintaining existing ones.
PTH Products revolutionizes the construction and maintenance of cycle paths and bike trails!
The development of an efficient machine that saves over 50 % in time and costs was the focus of the developments by the PTH technicians.
The PTH Trail Crusher was presented in collaboration with Austria's leading bike park.
The device is a combination of stone crusher, stone cutter and forestry mulcher that crushes rocks up to 50 cm in length.

Working with the PTH Trail Crusher ensures the best subsoil material for processing by excavators and shapers for a perfect trail.
Instead of collecting stones, taking them away and applying fine material, existing material is milled, crushed, mixed and reapplied on site.
The PTH Trail Crusher can be attached to almost any implement carrier (hydraulic or PTO) and is also available in a different model series for operation with an excavator.
MORE meters in LESS time - practical examples show 550 m trail incl. excavation work (before & after) in 1 working day!
